We picked up takeaway food there. It worked out great and everything was packed in the Tupperware we brought with us so that there was no rubbish. Food was fresh and tasty.

We got our food there earlier. And as a Swabian I can only say that the 5 stars in my rating above are by far not enough for the service we have delivered ... if I could give 10 stars here, I would like to do so.

Good to find. The staff is nice, the menu varied and the food very good. Also absolutely okay in terms of price. We recommend.

Good restaurant in Bad Peterstal (well, there is no real competition). , We had Badische Fleichküchle, gratinated and a Schützenpfanne. The food was delicious, attractively presented and the price was okay. Service was friendly. The menu is a bit small, ok for a one-time visit, but not enough for a week's vacation.

Centrally located hotel restaurant. Home cooking. Here the boss cooks with that certain something. Overnight stays in simple, clean, rooms. Breakfast good selection, also on Sundays fresh rolls (no baked goods). The service is excellent. Not only do they make an effort here, but also spontaneously and easily implement any guests' wishes.

We were here by chance and are pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the portion was plentiful.

The restaurant is by far the best in the whole town, probably the best in the whole area! Everyone here is a professional in their job, from the waitress to the cook. Anyone in the area should definitely stop for a meal. I can't say anything about the hotel, but motorcyclists are very welcome here! We would like to come again.

Food was good but unfortunately too little sauce for the gratinated meatcakes and the spaetzle were no longer really warm, but the service was nice and on the ball

The food is very good and the staff very friendly. The seats inside and outside are comfortable and there is plenty of space.

Enjoy your meal. We had baked meat pies. Unfortunately, there was a little too little sauce for the spaetzle. Price and performance match. At the moment you can only get a table if you reserve. Corona is to blame.

Was a class week with you. Room, food and breakfast really great. All very friendly and courteous. I'll be back.

We were with a motorcycle group in the Hotel Schützen. The service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Here the chef still cooks himself. Everyone in the group was thrilled. The staff were all very friendly and quick. The owners of the hotel are both very nice. Rooms have been recently renovated. Everything was very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and the breakfast eggs are prepared on request. Forgotten things were forwarded without a problem. We would love to come back and can recommend the hotel without reservation.

A less extensive menu is often an indication that fresh food is being cooked. So here too. That's why it takes a bit longer for the food to arrive. But worth the wait. The stag goulash I ordered with home-made spaetzle was topping and the plate was nicely preheated. Delicious!!! The food was not served on the plate, but separately. Outside most of the seats were occupied when I took the picture inside. Small downside is that you sit outside next to the main thoroughfare. But inside it is much quieter.

As a chef myself, I love eating food that has been prepared and cooked with absolute care and attention to ingredients. It doesn’t matter the price, I appreciate skill. Tonight I gorged on egg noodles, maultaschen and meatballs that were so perfectly cooked, regional dishes given such love, that simple food becomes elevated to something special. I almost exploded eating the spaeztel. Eat here. Try everything. Friendly relaxed service, rooms are cozy, well kept Pilsner. Chilled out vibe. Unbelievable price/quality ratio.
